Rytec reviews

I've worked in quite a few manufacturing environments and nothing compares to my experience at Rytec. The company offers a lot of flexibility in that we don't have a points/system for attendance, office employees can wear jeans Monday - Friday and the paid time off is generous (3 weeks in your first year!). They hold quarterly company meetings to keep us information of how the company is doing towards its goals- I appreciate the transparency. I've also seen several people be promoted from within as we continue to grow and I'm excited about the future of our organization.

The flexibility that they provide employees gives us a good work-life balance!
