Mr. Mills founded and was CEO of Montierra Minerals, a privately held company backed by private equity and focused on acquiring, managing and exploiting fee mineral positions in the U.S. Mr. Mills also led a large publicly traded Master Limited Partnership, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, as the Chairman and CEO and focused on acquiring and growing Midstream and Upstream assets in the U.S. Mr Mills has extensive public company management experience and strong governance and Board experience and background. Mr Mills is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Riviera Resources, an E&P Company. Mr Mills is also a member of the University of Houston Energy Advisory Board.
