Responsibilities Summary: The Sr. Business Analyst/WFM Systems Administrator is responsible for leading the Business Analyst with their daily activities including analyzing, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing technological solutions within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Perform initial analysis and design of business requirements. Takes initiative, either alone or in a leading capacity with other Analysts, supporting existing systems and coordinating the analysis and design of automated solutions to business problems or applications. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Sr. Business Analyst leads the Business Analysts and Programmer Analysts in the performance of their daily duties by providing guidance and training to develop functional specifications, testing plans, and general project planning. Leads team and independently performs moderate to complex analysis and design for various business applications and requirements.
