Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Sr. Business Analyst leads the Business Analysts and Programmer Analysts in the performance of their daily duties by providing guidance and training to develop functional specifications, testing plans, and general project planning. Leads team and independently performs moderate to complex analysis and design for various business applications and requirements.
