Oversees the operation of the SOS program, leading a team of a program manager, work supervisors and case managers to provide individuals with on-the-job training, educational and career development services, job search skills, and basic case management to equip participants to transition out of supported employment to community and permanent employment. Develops policies and oversees the hiring, training, and supervision of SOS program participants (Client Workers) and the development and implementation of personnel practices and related curriculum.
