Work Schedules
Weather, snow conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work scheduling of Bear Valley employees.
When conditions are normal, you may be expected to work 40 up to 48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. During busy periods - especially the holiday periods in December and the months of January and February - you may be expected to work six (6) days a week.
You must arrange for transportation to work so that you arrive at your designated workstation at the scheduled time. Keep in mind that you will often be required to drive on hilly, snow packed, and icy road.
Working Conditions
At any time during the ski season, Bear Valley employees are often required to perform their tasks in high winds, heavy snowfalls, low visibility, rain, and extremely cold or warm temperatures.
Uniforms

Work Schedules
Weather, snow conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work scheduling of Bear Valley employees.
When conditions are normal, you may be expected to work 40 up to 48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. During busy periods - especially the holiday periods in December and the months of January and February - you may be expected to work six (6) days a week.
You must arrange for transportation to work so that you arrive at your designated workstation at the scheduled time. Keep in mind that you will often be required to drive on hilly, snowpacked, and icy road.

Responsibilities:
Ensure Safety and Comfort: Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.
Perform Comprehensive Care: Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules.
Offer Welcoming Presence: Create a warm atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors.
Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to residents, families, and colleagues.
Manage Medications Precisely: Administer medications safely and accurately.
Maintain Infection Control: Follow protocols for a clean and safe environment.
Report Changes Promptly: Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes.

Document Accurately: Maintain documentation with precision and compliance.
Qualifications:
Active state CNA license
CPR or BLS Certification
Recent Physical and TB tests (within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
Minimum 6 months CNA experience
