Facilities Maintenance is responsible for ensuring facilities are well maintained and operational. Duties/Responsibilities: All responsibilities mentioned below can be modified but not limited based on the company's needs. Inspects and maintains the interior and exterior of the buildings keeping them in great working condition. Performs general building maintenance such as changing light bulbs, doors, locks, bathrooms, lunch rooms and more. Regularly check the building for repairs and repair as need it. Installs equipment and appliances. Performs general building maintenance functions, such as painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Diagnose problems and make repairs or work with appropriate contractors, and other repair personnel to resolve issues that arise with the facilities, or machinery. Maintains effective communication with internal and external project participants. Performs general labor, such as carrying, stacking, and sorting of materials used in and around the building (debris removal). Assemble and disable furniture. Repairs machines, equipment, or structures using hand tools such as hammers, drills, levels, wrenches, measuring tape and more. Always maintains working area clean and organized. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring safe work environment. Required Skills/Abilities: Training: Open to learn and perform cross training in different areas.
