SAS Managed Cloud Services (MCS) is seeking a Technical Architect with a passion for building a world-class customer experience by designing and standardizing the developer, product support, and operator toolchain for SAS Viya workloads on Azure and AWS. You will focus on empowering project and operations teams through CI/CD automation, data-movement pipelines, observability, and well-documented SDKs in order to enable teams to ship, monitor, and scale SAS workloads with confidence and consistency.
In this role, you will lead the design and integration of platform toolchains that support modern cloud-native operations and software development practices. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to keep our cloud services easy to consume, ultimately elevating the customer and developer experience.
As a Technical Architect, you will:
* Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end toolchain (including CI/CD pipelines, data-movement processes, observability tooling, and SDKs) that powers development, deployment, and operation of SAS solutions in Azure and AWS.
* Lead initiatives to simplify onboarding, streamline deployments, and enhance self-service capabilities for internal and external users.
* Build resilient frameworks that enable rapid, safe releases and real-time monitoring, ensuring robust performance and quick recovery from failures.
* Work with product, engineering, and operations to align platform capabilities with customer and market needs, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Produce clear architectural diagrams, playbooks, and technical documentation to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
* Promote cost optimization, security best practices, and operational automation throughout the toolchain lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
* Experience designing and managing developer/operator toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
* Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices-based applications.
* Proficiency in scripting, automation, and SDK/API development.
* Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution design documents.

SAS Managed Cloud Services is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with expertise in SAS Viya and cloud modernization to serve as the dedicated architect to a key customer. In this role, you will be the primary technical authority guiding delivery and shaping the roadmap for migration, modernization, and compliance of critical analytic workloads to SAS Managed Cloud Services. Specifically, supporting this customer's transition from on-premises to Azure.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, evaluation, and continual improvement of hosting best practices that balance application reliability, compliance (NIST, HIPAA, CJIS, FERPA), cost efficiency, and delivery speed. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will:

As a Principal PLM Architect, you will lead strategic engagements focused on the implementation and transformation of PLM systems, with a strong emphasis on PTC Windchill environments. Required Skills & Experience

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Best Practice Development & Scale
Spearhead the development and global scaling of best practices for PLM-ERP-MES integration, collaborating with our Product Management, Professional Services, and Technical Enablement teams as well as PTC's System Integrator ecosystem.
Establish and promote best practices for business process transformation and organizational change management in relation to PLM-ERP-MES integrations, supporting cohesive product development and industrialization strategies.
Enterprise Architecture Leadership & Strategy Customer Engagement
Support development of robust end-to-end integration strategies between Windchill PLM and ERP and MES systems, including BOM transformation and synchronization, change management, configuration management, manufacturing and process planning, supply chain, quality, service, and regulatory data exchange.
Design and manage enterprise master data models for optimized enterprise processes, system interactions, and cross-discipline data associativity.
Define and evolve the Windchill enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with Digital Thread and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Provide architectural and governance oversight for strategic customer engagements across global accounts for product and manufacturing data quality, lifecycle traceability, and reuse across PLM, ERP, and MES systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration

15+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing system architecture with expertise in PLM, ERP, AND/OR MES systems and processes spanning product development, planning, manufacturing/production, and quality.
Proven success in leading or facilitating PLM AND/OR ERP deployments as an implementer or administrator.
Experience with major PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, etc.) and ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion/NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc.) platform integrations and strong working knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks for enterprise system orchestration.

About the Job: The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an Architect to join us in Milan, Italy. * 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Docker, or other container-related technologies and PaaS.
* 2+ years of scripting or programming experience.
* Knowledge of systems management, including installation, custom channels, virtualized system deployment, basic client-based security, and repositories.
Nice to have:
* Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible Tower, OpenStack, and other Red Hat products.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices (Agile, Waterfall, Incremental).

The North America Financial Services Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Specialist Solution Architect. In this role, you will support the Ansible Sales team and provide pre-sales technical support to prospects.
