Reports to: Senior Manager of Communications Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and enhance Windemuller's low voltage and security service offerings, including structured cabling, IP video systems, and access control. Manage and develop vendor and manufacturer partnerships for security and communications solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to create standardized procedures and best practices for low voltage installations. Research and recommend emerging video management systems (VMS), access control platforms, and low voltage communications technologies. Develop and implement training programs and technical documentation for field and support staff. Support sales teams with customer presentations, system demos, estimating, and project planning. Serve as project and account manager for key low voltage/security clients. Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service. Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules for assigned projects. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed. Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
