Lead the installation of equipment and labor for cap-ex projects, roll outs, and any construction maintenance service desk requests for existing Sheetz Store locations RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Lead the installation and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment, HVAC unit, duct work, food service equipment, hood systems, and shelving according to action plans and established quality standards. 2. Provide mentorship and direction to technicians on site. 3. Ensure and execute all safety regulations are followed per federal, state, local, and Sheetz requirements. 4. Participate in training recently hired technicians, ensuring installation of construction equipment follows established guidelines and requirements. 5. Be able to read, write, and follow instructions, such as blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams. 6. Complete accurate paperwork, including work orders, labor hours, warranty cards, equipment transfers, new store checklist, DOT logs, post trip vehicle inspections forms, and weekly transaction logs for procurement cards. 7.
