Position Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Development & Maintenance

Monitoring & Control

Support recovery plans when schedule slippage occurs.
Documentation & Communication

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field are preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent scheduling tools.

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support capital and facility improvement projects at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing detailed project schedules, primarily using Microsoft Project, for engineering, shutdown and improvement initiatives.
This is an on-site role, working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, EHS and external contractors. Main Responsibilities
Project Scheduling & Planning
Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project for multiple concurrent projects.

Identify and manage critical path, near-critical activities, and key milestones to support decision-making.
Coordinate with Project Managers and technical leads to ensure schedules reflect realistic execution plans.
Schedule Control & Reporting

Analyze variances versus baseline and prepare schedule impact assessments for scope changes and issues.

Support preparation of presentations, reports and documentation for audits or management reviews as needed.
General Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish and English) - written and spoken.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.

Credentialing Specialists will provide credentialing service and support to operate IRS credentialing sites utilizing the GSA scheduling tool to manage credentialing appointments, run reports through the USAccess system, and use credentialing equipment to conduct post issuance and enrollment activities. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Credentialing Specialists shall:
View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool
Credentialing Specialists shall perform enrollment and Issuance of Identification Cards to include PIV/Smart IDs, Access Cards, PAC Cards, issue and activate SmartID Cards,
Perform Certificate Rekey, Pin Reset, and Card Update
Credentialing Specialists shall perform card inventory and log cards on the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT)
