Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Operations Research Master's a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile software delivery or program management.
At least 5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or in a similar leadership role within an Agile environment.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile transformations.
Deep understanding of Safe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Familiarity with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Asana, and other project management tools).
Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.

* Reviews and revises Care Management policies, SOPs, and educational materials regularly. Mentors and trains care management team members to enhance workflow processes and improve quality transitions of care.
* Identifies community resources and coordinates education opportunities for Care Management staff, including webinars and continuing education. Creates and conducts new hire care management training and monitors orientation to ensure staff competencies.
* Collaborates with Care Management leadership to identify educational gaps and create specific educational plans. Participates in meetings with Care Management leadership, Revenue Cycle staff, interdisciplinary team members, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and achievement of organizational goals. Demonstrates understanding and integration of technology in Care Management and teaches staff to fully leverage technology to improve patient care outcomes. Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department. Other duties as assigned. Supports performance improvement activities through problem identification, assessment, data gathering, change implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
* Participates in and sponsors process improvement initiatives, ensuring practice changes are implemented.
