Who will you be working with? The TPM will work directly with customers, and Wabtec resources across the company in this role. * Lead discussions and synthesize feedback about the future of the Services contract requiring interaction with other functions including: Sales, Commercial Operations, Contract Management, and Legal.
* Participate in the development of proposals and executive deal reviews for projects.
* Identify, Inform, promote and implement value-added, enhanced maintenance service offerings to the railroad and expand/increase value of contract.
* Manages complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders internally and externally.
* Communicate with TPM peers on top issues and initiatives, opportunities for improvement and other relevant information.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, understanding their priorities and aligning communications with project goals.
* Plan, prepare and /or instruct both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate product knowledge in area of specialization.
* Manage and track customer issues & requests using SalesForce enterprise management system.
* Establish and drive performance metrics with Wabtec and customer executive leadership teams.

* Ensure the budgetary and technological impacts on agency programs have been identified when acquiring hardware, software, and vendor services.
* Participate and/or lead in the development of vendor contracts.

* Manage IT project plans and coordinate the work of project staff, internal and contracted, working on the project.
* Track project progress against established timeline, budget, and deliverable definitions.
* Maintain project specific tools and practices to ensure effective project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
* Identify, report, and facilitate the resolution of project deficiencies in the form of issues and risks.
* Consult with agency business and information technology managers regarding progress of projects.
* Provide project related presentations/briefings as required.
* Coordinate and provide reporting on CITO reportable projects
* Conduct lessons learned sessions and develop close out documentation.
General Duties
* Provide support for the Project Management Office's overall responsibilities, such as, agency project portfolio management, CITO liaison and reporting requirements, and maintenance of agency project management tools.
* Assist Project Analysts and other Project Managers as required.

Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to ensuring the agency is adequately staffed during and immediately following natural and/or manmade disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, and/or acts of terrorism. This position plays a critical role in delivering surveying and geospatial solutions for Transportation and Infrastructure projects across the Midwest, with a focus on state and local DOTs, MPOs, and transit agencies. The preferred location for this position is Minneapolis, MN, but can also be located in our other Midwest hub offices: Detroit, MI, Chicago, IL, Kansas City, MO, or St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will lead project delivery, business development, and staff mentorship while ensuring technical excellence and high-quality deliverables. This is a seller-doer role with broad responsibility for pursuing, winning, and managing geomatics-related projects.
