ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program/project problems maintaining issues and risk logs, and directs work of assigned members to the program/project from various sources.
