Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP system implementation projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including leadership, HR, and business units, to align project goals and objectives. - Assess existing systems and contribute to vendor selection processes. - Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure successful system integration and implementation. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to established plans. - Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to manage project workflows and track milestones. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes. - Ensure a smooth transition to new systems while maintaining operational efficiency. - Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives effectively. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP systems. - Proven expertise in managing implementations for platforms such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. - Strong experience in system assessments and vendor selection processes. - Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and stakeholders across multiple departments. - Proficiency in project management tools like Atlassian Jira. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects. - Demonstrated ability to identify risks and execute mitigation strategies. - Background in operational project management rather than hands-on technical roles.
