The historic SV Mandalay was built in 1923 by financier E.F. Hutton for his wife, Merriweather Post, and christened the Hussar.
Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards officially opened in Clermont, Florida in 1989 headed by Gary Cox, as General Partner, with a small group of investors based out of Lafayette Vineyards in Tallahassee.
After being christened Mandalay, she changed hands through private ownership and various cruise companies over the decades, becoming part of Sail Windjammer in 2012.
