MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Training, and Experience: Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States. Must be able to pass a background investigation and fingerprinting, which includes no felony convictions, no misdemeanor involving perjury or a false statement, or received dishonorable discharge from any of the Armed Forces. Must be able to pass a physical examination by an approved licensed physician, physician assistant, or licensed advanced practice registered nurse. Must meet all other statutory requirements as outlined in sections 943.13 F.S. and 943.135 F.S.
Licenses and/or Certifications: Certification in the Corrections discipline through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is required. Requires a valid driver license. A valid Class "C" CDL with a "P" endorsement is preferred. May require certification as a K9 handler through the National Police Canine Association or other recognized certifying agency, depending on assignment.

General Overview

Requirements
Must have a degree in Education or related field with twenty-four (24) hours in specific education areas. The twenty-four (24) hours must fall within and include four (4) of these five (5) categories: learning theory, instructional design, instructional development, evaluation, and computers in education.
Practical knowledge and skill in interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel, including oral briefings/presentations, listening techniques, and developing written material, specifically, test items and grading instruments.
Practical knowledge of Navy guidance documents used in the development of testing materials.
Communicate effectively and possess strong writing skills (e.g., spelling, grammar, and punctuation)
Experience using Adobe Captivate , CPM and AIM II/LOM.

Researches and develops educational materials to assist users in implementing security counter measures.- Assists with maintenance and processing of Security Information Files. Provides assistance and guidance on security clearance eligibility.
* Assists, conducts, and monitors conferences, seminars, symposia, exhibits, or other gatherings where classified material will be discussed. Provides assistance with technical security guidance pertaining to the construction of classified storage vaults, secure, rooms, and classified conference rooms.

Qualifications
Air Force Qualification Standards
To qualify for a GS-07: Completion of 1 full year of graduate level education, or bachelor's degree with Superior academic Achievement as provided in the "General Policies and Instructions" for Qualifications Standards Operating Manual, or 5 academic years of pre-professional study, or 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-5.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
* Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) and Air Force directives relative to security administration.
* Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and methods of the Information, Personnel and Industrial security programs.
* Knowledge and understanding of programs concerned with classifying and declassifying defense information.
* Ability to recognize employee security awareness needs and implement program to acquaint them with their security responsibilities.
* Ability to conduct periodic security surveys and inspections of contractor facilities to ensure compliance with security requirements and to advise management of deficiencies and corrective actions needed to meet security requirements.
* Ability to deal effectively with personnel in presenting the policies, procedures, and methods connected with the Air Force security mission.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
