We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Installers, Technicians and Foreman to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with the equipment, installation, and commissioning of low voltage systems and have at least journeyman level installation and troubleshooting experience. Responsibilities Installation of fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium and large commercial buildings. Foreman will layout and provide direction to CSI installers on site as well as coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager to efficiently complete the project on time and on budget. Technician shall have the ability to program or are experienced with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV. Responsible for the execution of the installation project plan provided including equipment delivery, trouble shooting, commissioning as well as interface with other trades to successfully complete projects while exceeding customer's expectations. Resolve field problems through research of multiple alternatives. Foreman and Technicians, meet with code officials to arrange for building permits, code issues and to discuss the intended wiring and installation methods being used. Foreman and Technicians, coordinate the project activities with other trades at the work locations to optimize installation time. Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes. Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope. Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Effectively communicate project status to management. Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required. Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred. Fire Alarm License (FAL) Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record. Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office. Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers. The Tower Technician is responsible for the onsite installation, repair and maintenance of tower in a specific geographic region, including but not limited to site safety, tower maintenance/repair, site field reports, and other duties as required to properly maintain and operate the site within the contractual requirements. They work as part of a team and under the supervision of a foreman and will be required to work in the field under various conditions. Responsibilities Install, erect, maintain, repair, inspect, remove, or retrofits towers and antenna systems sometimes under adverse conditions (e.g., high towers, inclement weather, remote sites, etc.) throughout the nation. Assist in installation of fiber and transmission lines, as well as power trunk lines. Operate construction equipment, inspect guy wire anchors, load/unload communications equipment and supplies. Fabricate tower hardware and accessories to maintain, repair, and retrofit towers and antenna systems to support communication system operation using fixed and portable power tools and equipment.
