HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Gate Security: Employ meticulous verification processes to ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles access the park, verifying identification and passes with precision.
Confidentiality: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to confidentiality by carefully safeguarding sensitive information encountered during patrols or incidents, upholding the trust placed in you.
Rapid Response: Be ready to spring into action at a moment's notice, responding promptly and decisively to security-related incidents within the park to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Must meet state requirements for owning/carrying firearm. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must successfully pass drug screen and criminal background check. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner. Ability to handle urgent and crisis situations calmly, effectively, and efficiently. Strong customer service and investigative and conflict resolution skills. Ability to think on your feet in a wide range of situations. Must show proficiency with safe gun handling skills and pass handgun qualification tests.
Ability to effectively follow applicable regulations, policies, and/or procedures. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 3 years of previous law enforcement, honorable military service, or armed security experience preferred. Previous healthcare security experience preferred. Must be proficient with the use of telephone, e-mail, radio, cell phone, computer, and computer software (ex. Word, Excel) in order to generate electronic daily activity security reports, incident reports, emails, and other applicable correspondence during the performance of duties.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must be a CLEET Certified Armed Security Officer or have completed requirements and applied to obtain certification within 180 days of hire/transfer. Must successfully complete CPI, MMPI, and taser within 180 days of hire or transfer. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required; may have up to 30 days from hire/transfer to attain. Must maintain a current valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
