Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, and lead generation; follow up on sales and marketing leads to close sales opportunities.
Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification, ensuring proper identification of clients and projects.
Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, driving production levels that meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Implement a prospecting strategy based on individual territory dynamics on a daily and weekly basis, in collaboration with sales leadership and the program.
Manage a territory using technology, prioritization, and time management skills.
Build market position by working vertical markets, developing partnerships, and being visible in the business community.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with clients and their contributing revenue base by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
Address questions and complaints in a timely manner to resolve problems, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support teams to manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a comprehensive experience that drives sales, satisfaction, and new revenue growth through every interaction
Strategy and Analysis
Share competitive analysis with sales and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Design customized, cost-effective solutions for clients.
Leverage the CRM system (Salesforce) to develop prospecting and sales strategies that ensure high activity and effective closing ratios while keeping CRM updated.
Professional Development and Community Engagement
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks to keep abreast of current technology trends.
Territory development to include building local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, enhancing LS Networks' positioning and brand.
Collaboration and Communication
Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to foster a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
2+ years of related sales and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.

As a SeniorAccount Manager, this role leads and coordinates energy efficiency program activities with a strong focus on project management to ensure timely delivery and eligibility compliance. Objectives of this Role:
Reporting to the Program Manager of the Commercial New Construction Program, the SeniorAccount Manger will have a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships that contribute to EIP's mission. Key objectives include:
Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage business communities in energy efficiency initiatives that raise awareness of services available through utility energy efficiency programs.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, service professionals (i.e., architects and engineers), utility customers, and stakeholders to foster partnerships that influence and encourage participation in utility energy efficiency programs.
Utility Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach to utility commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, recruiting for their participation in new construction incentive programs.
Trade Ally Recruitment: Identify, engage, and onboard trade allies or service providers that can help sell and install energy-efficient equipment.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, partnerships, community interactions, utility customer engagement, and trade ally engagement. Updating and maintaining database (CRM).
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from communities, utility customers, trade allies, and stakeholders to refine outreach strategies and align program offerings with their needs.

Required Qualifications
Education: bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Architecture, Engineering, Development, or Commercial Construction Industry. MUST be able to read a Mechanical Schedule.

We're looking for a motivated team member who can contribute their personal skills to our excellent growth rate and give a long-term commitment. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. It may require some overtime on weekends and evenings - depending on the needs of our customers, especially during our busy harvest season.
Our customers are scattered over a large service area, so daily travel will be required, with occasional overnight travel. Working on call, with some occasional weekends is necessary during our busy harvest-time season. This position requires regular travel to customer storage locations. This is a very "hands-on" position with most of the time being spent out in the field as opposed to in an office.
You will have the opportunity to sell to long-time customers and acquire new ones in targeted areas, industries, and markets. Some travel will be required. You will be selling our companies core services and equipment including but not limited to: Post-Harvest Potato and Onion Storage Ventilation and Refrigeration Equipment and Controls, Custom Application of Post-Harvest Solutions such as Disinfectants and Sprout Control.

As a SeniorAccount Manager, this role leads and coordinates energy efficiency program activities with a strong focus on project management to ensure timely delivery and eligibility compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting utility commercial and industrial (C&I) customers for new construction project program participation; project management to ensure program eligibility compliance; and verifying project installations and documentation. Develop and maintain account progress to meet program energy (kWh and therms) savings and revenue goals across multiple programs, fostering cross-functional relationships. Objectives of this Role:
Reporting to the Program Manager of the Commercial New Construction Program, the SeniorAccount Manger will have a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships that contribute to EIP's mission. Key objectives include:
Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage business communities in energy efficiency initiatives that raise awareness of services available through utility energy efficiency programs.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, service professionals (i.e., architects and engineers), utility customers, and stakeholders to foster partnerships that influence and encourage participation in utility energy efficiency programs.
Utility Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach to utility commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, recruiting for their participation in new construction incentive programs.
Trade Ally Recruitment: Identify, engage, and onboard trade allies or service providers that can help sell and install energy-efficient equipment.
Educational Initiatives: Organize and participate in, in-person and virtual educational events, workshops, and presentations to promote understanding and involvement in sustainable practices and available energy efficiency programs.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with community partners, utility customers, trade allies, and stakeholders, collaborating closely to achieve mutual beneficial goals.

Required Qualifications
Education: bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Architecture, Engineering, Development, or Commercial Construction Industry. MUST be able to read a Mechanical Schedule.
Utility or Energy Efficiency Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the utility industry, commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, energy management programs, and trade ally dynamics.
