**Day to Day**

Key responsibilities
The Analytics Solutions SeniorAssociate is responsible for supporting the data development team in all aspects of product development lifecycle management. This role is a mix of consulting (product features to guide algorithm design, problem solving), project management (Sprint planning, daily standups) and data management (documenting newly developed data assets, data distribution) You'll make an impact by:
Understanding the product features and underlying proprietary data, AI/ML algorithms and processes
Engaging with Data Science and Data Engineering partners to develop and implement new products/features, resolve issues, and make recommendations
Improving core competency and processing efficiency via agile process best practice and sustained collaboration with all team members and partners
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or engineering
Experience working with commercial data and AWS platform/programming tools (preferred)
Experience in financial services, big data, technology, or relevant start up environment
Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical business partners with ease, adjusting communication style based on the audience
Strong project management skills - the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work requirements to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
