As an Senior Associate Adoption Consultant, you are responsible for providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions. You will cultivate client relationships to achieve adoption objectives and influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of external client conversion and adoption projects. You will work to analyze and interpret end-user experience data to achieve success. In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions by learning design best practices, core team deliverable services and evaluates the best way to engage with each client.
