What you'll be responsible for:
* Performs and may lead data onboarding, integration, and curation activities to transform raw enterprise data into a valuable, organized asset.
* Designs, develops, and implements robust data models within Looker and BigQuery, specifically for our JH Insights application.
* Applies rigorous data validation techniques and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
* Transforms raw data into meaningful features suitable for both analytical dashboards and the development of future AI/ML models.
* Prepares and cleans complex datasets for machine learning initiatives, including data normalization, outlier detection, and feature selection.
* Performs exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
