1) Minimum Qualifications:
a) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,
or a related field.
b) Five (5) or more years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare
or Medicaid.
c) Strong proficiency in SQL/SAS, with working knowledge of Python for data
manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
d) Three (3) years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI,

The Senior Data Analyst, Internal Audit IT will work within the IT Internal Audit team to pull, test, and analyze key systems and tools data.
The ideal candidate will be capable of measuring system and model performance, conduct data analysis to test the design and operational effectiveness of key Information Technology (IT) and security controls, and perform comprehensive testing of system changes. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL and Snowflake, data ETL processes, as well as the ability to build metrics and reports to support internal audit activities.
The ideal candidate will work highly independently, identifying creative solutions to test complex data sets and data flows, and generating accurate data extracts and reports that will support the internal audit team in their control testing. In addition, the candidate should possess a working knowledge of IT audit principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a data-intensive environment.
