About the Role

Qualifications
5-7+ years of digital design experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods.
Experience with working on B2B and DTC properties

Experience managing large, multi-channel creative projects with strict timelines.
Knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing platforms, and consumer engagement strategies.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Graphics Designer with expertise in creating eye-catching designs for signage, banners, and other visual communication materials. Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual graphics for signage, banners, digital displays, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, brand, and project objectives.
Ensure designs meet company and client standards for quality, brand alignment, and creativity.
Operate and maintain equipment such as large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (training provided if needed).
Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Graphics Designer, preferably in the signage or visual communications industry (experience at AlphaGraphics or FASTSIGNS or a similar company is a strong advantage).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of large-format printing, vinyl graphics, and production processes is a plus.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and color.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
