Primary Purpose of Position
Plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with the development and implementation of Constellation's operations training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provides direction for and supervises the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CEC training programs established to improve CEC and personnel performance in accordance with Constellation Department Descriptions, Policies, Procedures, and Process Descriptions. Program responsibilities include initial license training, reactor operator, senior reactor operator, non-licensed operators, shift manager, shift technical advisor, and simulator performance.
Manages post-training assessments to identify impact on personnel and CEC performance to identify training program areas needing improvement. Training improvements and corrective actions are systematically initiated, trended, analyzed and resolved.
Support CEC and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, project management, re-fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties and special projects.
Anticipates long-range Security training needs and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs.
Assures that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals.
Participates in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and management audits or assessments and provides responses to audit findings.
Coordinates the assignment of training activities between CEC management, outside agencies, contractors, and the training department.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science or in a technical discipline, education, or training with 8 years of overall experience, which includes 4 years power plant, 2 years nuclear power plant experience and 1 years of supervisory or managerial experience per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.3.1)

Associate's degree in technical discipline, education, or training OR must meet equivalency as outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.1.1.1 & 4.1.1.2) Standard, "Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants" with 10 years of overall experience, which includes 4 years power plant, 2 years nuclear power plant experience and 1 years of supervisory or managerial experience per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.3.1)

Project Planning & Execution

Site & Construction Management

* Review and evaluate subcontractor pay applications, approve and code invoices and sign pay requests. Ensure that all subcontractor closeout documentation is submitted and punch list items are satisfactorily resolved before authorizing final release of retainage.
* Monitor subcontractors and vendors for adherence to performance and payment obligations under the agreement and make timely notifications to the Risk Management Department or the surety as required.

Overview:
You will be responsible for leading the engagement of a Fortune 1000 account and the ongoing project management of the account, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. These activities include leading weekly status calls, technical support review meetings, quarterly executive presentations as well as day to day operational leadership and guidance. The Technical Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the account and engagements under their purview are receiving optimal support and customer satisfaction is maintained at industry leading levels.
Responsibilities:
Ensure absolute quality standards of technical & business service delivery
Provide direct project/account oversight and management.
Advocate client service requirements and “outside in” perspective.
Through expert understanding of IPsoft service delivery, advocate IPsoft's services and solutions to client account portfolio.
Liaise between customer, IPsoft business executives, and technical subject matter experts to ensure consistent communications and quality service delivery.
Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations in conjunction with partner resources
Support direct management in other business and operational development initiatives, as required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar field (business-oriented technical degrees given special consideration and technical / business dual majors given most-favored status)
Minimum of 5-8 years hands-on technical experience in one or more domains required
Minimum of 2-3 years in a business-oriented role, such as technical project management or IT lead required
Flawless oral and written communication skills a must
Strong organizational skills required
Exceptional work ethic: goals-driven, results-oriented individual for whom “good enough” is not acceptable.
In-depth experience and knowledge of business-driven technology solutions required
Passionate about their work, their company, and their career.
Absolute accountability: points to nobody but themselves for their success and their failures.
Experience in managed services strongly preferred
Functional knowledge of the below domains, with expertise in at least two, required.
Special consideration for generalist technology backgrounds.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.

What you'll do:
Leads and collaborates on the strategic, tactical, operational, and financial responsibilities associated with CoSA data storage, data preparation, data exploration, information governance, analytics and information delivery.
Oversees and coordinates the strategy of subfunctions in the establishment and execution on the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business' key stakeholders and cross-CoSA partners.
Responsible for successful end to end process of information management, analytics and delivery.
Ensures industry trends and best practices are evaluated and integrated into current process, technology, and development of strategic plans.
Provides thought leadership and system thinking to influence relevant data, information, and application architecture decisions to include staying abreast of changes or evolution to industry standards.
Leads data reporting to identify reporting opportunities, analytics, and complex projects that includes retirement of reports and promotion of advanced self service capabilities.
Provides input on strategic insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders that contribute to functional objectives.
Understands the business direction, environment, and strategies, to set the analytic direction and creates strategy to execute the approach that will influence business and drive change.
Influences and oversees innovation, provides direction on work prioritization, manages capacity, assists with problem resolution.
Oversees the Information delivery experience and risks to ensure teams maintain understanding of business processes, supporting data and applications and presentation of findings and recommendations.
Identifies and pursues opportunities to utilize advanced data a delivery and business solutions techniques to optimize their contribution to resolving business issues.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or other quantitative field (e.g. finance or a social/behavioral science); OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
8 years data and analytics related experience, generating results in a complex financial services organization.
3 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
Strong business acumen in the areas of measuring business outcomes, business operations, industry practices and emerging trends.
Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience conducting moderately large scale data analysis using internal and external data to support business decision making.
Proven ability to tell a story through data and communicate effectively with executive level leadership.
What sets you apart:
Prior U.S. military service or being a military spouse/domestic partner is highly valued.
An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related discipline.
A deep understanding of the customer/member journey and service operations.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, develop, and implement advanced analytical strategies to enhance member experience across all touchpoints.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven talent for translating complex insights into tangible business impact.
Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing analytics teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $164,780 - $314,960.
