Build automation solutions across Salesforce and NetSuite to streamline operations. Integrate systems through API development and management, creating seamless data flows. Perform system administration tasks including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations in Salesforce and NetSuite. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, from debugging code to system troubleshooting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technical solutions. Create and maintain documentation for custom applications and system configurations. Other duties as assigned.
