- Led the design and creation of the platform that is the base for the modernization of Senior Sistemas' ERP and HR software for the use of microservices in the AWS infrastructure. In less than 5 years, more than 1,500 customers have already adopted some of the 30 solutions already written on the new platform.

- Deployed of a strategy to scale the use of the new digital platform for legacy software customers without high migration and upgrade costs. With this strategy, more than 1.500 customers adopted the new platform in less than a year even during the pandemic.

In his current position at Senior's Sistemas:

- Leads the development and operations (DevOps/SRE) teams related to new cloud digital software platform.

- Leads the project that aims the creation of new products and intelligent management systems based on data and machine learning.

- Leads the research team that works to bring new technologies to solutions of real world.

- Collaborates with company's strategic planning by providing the technology vision for the future.

- Acts as mentor for Senior’s invested startups as well as provides technological consultancy in M&A processes.
