Within five (5) years preceding the date of application, or during the hiring process, have illegally used any controlled substance or dangerous drug other than those listed in item No. 7 to include cocaine, methamphetamines and ecstasy. Marijuana use is addressed below in item No. 25. 20. You must not have had your driver's license suspended within the five (5) year period immediately prior to the most recent application. 21.
