Responsibilities
Follows direction of the Shift Supervisor in safe operation of equipment in the manufacturing of insulation.
Communicates with Shift Supervisor regularly, and specifically when packaging supplies need replenishing.
Communicates with Shift Supervisor, Cold End Coordinator and Maintenance regarding any equipment problems or equipment that may need preventative maintenance or repair work performed to ensure safety and maximum operating efficiency.
Knows all safety warning signs and signals and takes corrective action.
Remains current on plant and safety matters, participating regularly in department/plant safety meetings.
Participate in the continuous improvement efforts in regard to product quality, environmental, health, & safety.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to demonstrate the following:
Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
Accurately count and perform basic math functions, including mental calculation of simple equations and/or fractions.
Proficient in English (reading and writing).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reports for work in proper uniform according to the scheduled time.
Follows instructions for each event as given by the Premium Services Manager and/or Supervisor
Assists with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.

Assists with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary.

Summary of Server Responsibilities
Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service in an efficient manner.
