Position Summary
The Dining Server assists the Wheat Ridge cooks with the preparation and service of high-quality meals while ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards. This position works closely with nursing team members to provide excellent dining experiences for residents in Skilled Nursing and Personal Care.
Essential Duties
Ensure residents receive meals according to ordered diets
Deliver hot foods, cold foods, and beverages to designated service areas
Assist cooks with portioning and preparing cold food items
Stock service kitchens with food, supplements, and supplies
Work collaboratively with nursing team members during meal service
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas
Check, record, and report refrigerator and freezer temperatures
