This position is for a ServiceAdvisor for our Destin office. You will work along side other office staff and report to the service manager and assistant service manager. Your job is to coordinate your team of generator technicians whose jobs is to service all 10,000 of our customers located throughout the state of Florida, doing preventative annual maintenances on them, diagnosing them, repairing them, warranty work, etc.
Interviews and Training (paid) will be at our Oldsmar location (near Tampa) for a week or 2 . As soon as you have it down you will be working full time in Destin.
Pay is split between your hourly rate paid out weekly, and commission pay for all jobs completed monthly.
This is a Monday through Friday job 7:30 - 5. New candidates are preferred to have experience in the office or manager setting, especially in the automotive or generator world, such as an automotive advisor, tire shop, or preferably generator shop. These generators are car engines so much of the job is the same as the auto industry, performing PMs, processing customer jobs and paperwork, collecting money, upsells, and staying on top of your team's schedule and needs. You will have at least 4 technicians to be directly responsible for right way and go up from there.
GenerX is a fast paced environment and requires you to be someone who is always early, eager, and ready to work. New hires should be able to come in every morning and have a good attitude towards co-workers and the customers.

Customer ServiceAdvisor - Join Our Team!
Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer ServiceAdvisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:
Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
