    Shelter House is a community of residents, staff and volunteers working together to provide basic human services for the men and women of the Greater Cincinnati area who are experiencing homelessness. The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager is responsible assisting people in ways the help them quickly exit homelessness and move back into stable community housing. Essential Job Duties The RRH Case Manger manages a caseload of 35-40 individuals. This individual: Houses identified clients within 30 days of program match. Connects clients with services including: Mental health and substance abuse treatment, PCP/Medical Home establishment, employment/employment training. Identifies and problem solves housing issues with landlords to support housing retention. This includes managing lease signings with clients and landlords, addressing housing issues that arise during program participation and coordinating with housing team for increased engagement/intervention with high-need clients. Completes monthly home and office visits with clients, identifying and addressing barriers to prevent future episodes of homelessness. Effectively coordinates and communicates with internal/external service providers to support client care. Identifies and engages landlords to partner with the program. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Will consider a combination of education and experience. Experience in ISP/Case Plan Development and Progress Notes, preferred. Knowledge of homelessness, housing-first approach, landlord engagement and/or community resources, preferred. About the Role: The case manager works under the supervision of the Senior Case Manager and assists low-income working families who have experienced homelessness and those at risk of homelessness. Case manager's primary responsibilities are to the Family PASS Self-Sufficiency Program, which provides long-term intensive case management for up to three years and works with county resources to help clients attain the education and skills training needed to become economically self-sufficient with a focus on increased earnings through job training and additional education. The case manager supports a caseload of 15-20 households. Case Managers are to implement services with a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach while assisting households to work toward self-sufficiency. The case manager works closely with their supervisor to accomplish program goals and priorities in accordance with agency philosophy and values, and best practices for homelessness and survivors of domestic violence. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Interviewing and screening clients for eligibility for Family PASS's Self-Sufficiency Program. Assessment of client strengths and needs. Complete ongoing biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment to determine client strengths and needs and to ensure stability. Develop and/or revises individualized client-centered case plan goals and action plans. Coordination of linkage and referral to community resources to include services such as education/training, career counseling, mental health services, financial literacy, legal services, childcare, medical/dental services, etc. Using a holistic approach consult with supervisors, and/or other programs to help families overcome barriers to meeting goals and objectives. Advocate for client needs to ensure housing and financial stability. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with clients on an ongoing and as needed basis. Be prepared for and actively participate in staff meetings, training, and one on one supervisions and any other meetings determined necessary. Creating, tracking, and maintaining client case files in accordance with agency and best practice standards. Timely documentation of client contacts and case management activities in relevant databases and client files. Assess each individual case for criticality and high-risk patterns, and provide all necessary resources, including emergency media and deployments as case circumstances change or evolve. Position Summary: Necco is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Aide to support our team in delivering high-quality services to children, foster families, and young adults. This role provides critical programmatic, service, and administrative support to case managers and life coaches, ensuring clients receive the resources and assistance they need to thrive. As a Case Aide, you will work in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, community locations, and foster homes. Your role will be instrumental in equipping foster youth and parents with the necessary tools and support to achieve permanency and long-term success. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Position is responsible for assessing family needs, providing crisis intervention and resource allocation services to the families served by NCMEC, as well as cases referred by local and federal law enforcement. This service is provided to both missing and exploited children, their caregivers, and helping professionals. This position works closely with other team members within the Family Advocacy Division to support and address concerns from caregivers, law enforcement, and/or children regarding the dynamics associated with a missing and exploited child and includes recovery and reunification of children. Position will also be responsible for providing routine clearinghouse assistance (RCA) to social workers, mental health providers, school personnel, and law enforcement in the above-mentioned areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess the needs of the family and child, provide mental health and therapeutic interventions to caregivers who have a missing child, have recovered a missing child, have been reunited with a missing child, or have a child who has been sexually exploited. Provide routine clearinghouse assistance (RCA) to the multiple helping professions that could be involved in a missing or sexually exploited child case. Provide support to caregivers and children who contact NCMEC with reports and concerns about their case and safety. Research and liaise with appropriate victim service agencies, mental health providers, or crime victim resources who can serve the needs of NCMEC families. Ensure data is accurate and updated, and resources are ready to serve families in need. Promote and exhibit loyalty to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the cause of protecting children worldwide. Promote a professional image. Communicate with co-workers, management, law enforcement officials, service providers, survivors, and others courteously and professionally. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Possess a bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling) focused on advocacy and mental health intervention and prevention. At least (2) years of casework experience in the child and victim services field. Possess experience with trauma, healing, and resiliency interventions for children and adults. Counseling or victim advocacy experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to work on a team to build relationships with families and service providers that match NCMEC's mission. Ability to work with individuals in crisis. Ability to work with difficult or disturbing case situations and knowledge of self-care strategies.
