    This position will be responsible for overseeing the processing and resolving of internal invoices as well as billing adjustments (IBAR's) in a timely and accurate manner for all stores. Billing adjustments will include shipping discrepancies, pricing discrepancies, returns, carrier claims, and transfers. Key functions of this position will include processing auto-ships to stores, establishing store promotional pricing, resolving questions and issues as they arise from the field and headquarters, generating Store Billing reporting, and assisting Management in improving overall processes regarding MMS Purchasing (Oracle), Store Billing, IBAR's, and Inventory. This position could also be involved in distributing work for billing processors/interns and training new employees. This position will play a key role for Physical Inventory in ensuring the accuracy of the book inventory for all stores including timing differences for billing and credits to the stores for both the external and internal processes to minimize store inventory shrink/pickup. In addition, this position will be involved with regular ad hoc reviews requested by management. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments. This role is not hybrid or remote and is located at our Cleveland, OH office.

    Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate Development Support the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate development initiatives. Assist in the evaluation of partnerships, licensing opportunities, collaborations, and other growth initiatives across U.S. and international markets. Conduct detailed commercial, market, and strategic analyses, including market sizing, unmet need, competitive dynamics, and strategic fit assessments. Coordinate and support cross-functional diligence efforts in partnership with Legal, Finance, R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, and external advisors. Build financial models and business cases to assess valuation, ROI, risk, and strategic impact of potential opportunities. Support preparation of internal materials, decision memoranda, and executive updates used in investment and partnership decisions. Corporate Strategy Support RxSight's enterprise and functional strategic planning processes, including enterprise strategy development, market entry evaluation, and portfolio expansion initiatives. Provide high-leverage analytical and execution support to the Senior Manager and senior executives on high-priority strategic initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, Finance, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities. Coordinate and synthesize cross-functional inputs to support executive decision-making, including preparation of executive and Board of Directors strategy materials related to enterprise strategy and corporate development initiatives. Build dashboards and track progress, key milestones, risks, and interdependencies across strategic initiatives to support execution discipline and accountability. Conduct structured analyses of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities relevant to RxSight's long-term objectives. Build financial, strategic, and scenario models to support prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making. Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, concise, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended strategic problems. Solid understanding of core business, strategy, and finance concepts, including market analysis, valuation, ROI, and scenario modeling. Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level recommendations. Strong financial acumen and comfort building and interpreting financial models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations. High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working cross-functionally with senior leaders. Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive strategic and transactional information. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not supervise others but works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related analytical discipline, with a strong academic record demonstrating analytical rigor. 1-4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development, equity research, or related analytical roles (including internships or rotational programs). Healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None required COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus. PERFORMANCE METRICS: Quality, rigor, and timeliness of strategic and corporate development analyses. Accuracy and clarity of financial models and investment analyses. Quality and effectiveness of executive-level presentations and written materials. Contribution to evaluation and execution of corporate strategy and development initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of work quality. Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration and responsiveness to leadership needs. Demonstrated growth in strategic thinking, judgment, and ownership over time.
