In August 1986, Washington-native brothers Bob and Roger Collins formed the general contracting company.
Starting with his first commercial development in 1988, the Allstate Building on Macon’s Riverside Drive, he has since developed shopping centers, condos, townhomes, and over 7,500 multi-family units.

With very few options in the City for pure office, the likeliest possibility was the Office-zoned King County surplus property on NE Woodinville Way across from Woodinville Heated Storage, which Sierra built in 2000.
Since 2009, Sierra Development has primarily focused on developing in Macon, Georgia.

In 2016, Sierra decided it needed to expand the main office.
She joined our corporate team in the Fall of 2020 and has since proven herself to be a valuable asset to the inner workings of Sierra’s day-to-day and long term goals.
