As a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Manager, you will lead the team in the development of procedures, standards and training for integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS) ) leveraging industry principles and standards across the entire program life cycle. You'll be responsible for tracking plans and schedules, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You will evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls. Focused responsibilities include overseeing Schedule Risk Assessments, toolset development to comply with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), business resource planning/tracking, and development of Program Planning & Scheduling employees. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain complex fully integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS, IMP and any other requirements documents. * Using EVMS guidelines for implementation and maintenance of program plans as well mentor CAMs/PMs into using schedule best practices. * Experience in generating monthly Contractual deliveries Data Reports to include the IPMDAR. * Perform regular status and ETC updates on fully resource loaded schedules, as well as analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules including metrics on schedule status, schedule architecture, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, network logic validation and program baseline maintenance. * Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) and resulting analysis and documentation and manage Risks and Opportunities in the IMS. * Manage risk and opportunities in the schedule. * Implement baseline change using company guidance and mentor CAMs/PMs through valid change management. * Expertise in DCMA 14-Point. * Knowledge of IPMDAR including generating monthly SPD and required deliverables to the customer. * Knowledge of Mil Standard 881. * End-to-end ownership of maintenance and coordination of schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. * Must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans, to ensure the IMS is used as a predictive model and remains a valued management tool for the program. * Manage and mentor team of junior schedulers. Qualifications You Must Have: * B.A. (or equivalent degree) in Business Administration or related field of study - a higher level degree may substitute for relevant experience * Typically, 8+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience. * Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews * Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Professional and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) Tools * Experience in the development and maintenance of resource loaded integrated master schedules to include detailed schedule analysis, health assessments, schedule risk assessments, and critical/driving path analysis * Expertise in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools such as Open Plan. * Experience in resource loading schedules, including time-phasing and baseline/ETC updates for both dollars and hours. * Recent experience with comprehensive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) programs. * Proven ability to manage personnel, including conducting direct performance evaluations. * The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer: * A strong background and proven competency in Program Controls fundamentals inclusive of program risk management * Ability to cultivate and foster an active network across regulatory groups, sponsors/customers, senior management and other key stakeholders. The incumbent will serve as a member of the environmental remediation team with direct responsibility for the success of the company's remediation projects across various sites in the U.S. The incumbent will oversee multiple investigation and remediation projects involved in state, provincial, and federal clean-up programs and provide environmental expertise to minimize environmental liabilities for the company.
