Julian Bell is a Chief Risk and Business Officer at SIGNAL ENERGY CONSTRUCTORS, LLC and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mike Christy, COO, brings 30 years of self-perform Engineering & Construction experience plus 20 years of executive leadership experience serving three of the largest U.S. specialty contractors. He is credited with representing a collective workforce in upwards of 14,000 employees, growing company profit, and implementing strategic customer growth strategies. In his most recent position as Segment President, he was responsible for a multi-billion-dollar utility construction platform, which was comprised of electric transmission, distribution, and substation as well as natural gas distribution, renewable energy, and telecommunication construction services.

Mike holds a B.S degree in Environmental Studies from Emporia State University and has completed the Cornerstone Executive Development Program (Dallas, TX) and the Leadership Development Academy at Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI).

Robert has spent the past seven years at Orion Group Holdings (NYSE:ORN) serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Orion, Robert held progressively responsible positions in Finance and Accounting with Mattress Firm, Inc. and MXEnergy. Robert joined Signal because he is excited about the company’s vision and is committed to working with the team to help the organization accomplish its goals.

Robert was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Texas Southern University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Houston for his graduate degree. In his free time, Robert enjoys watching sports and supporting the Houston Rockets, Texans, Astros. He is the father of two very energetic kids - Juliana and Robbie Jr.
