James Bligh is the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at SilverCloud Health. As Chief Technology Officer, James is focused on the continued advancement of SilverCloud's innovations, with a focus on technologies to support mental healthcare interventions. James has been involved in the development of the SilverCloud platform since its inception as research project. James has extensive experience in developing learning technologies in a mental health setting, including systems to support email counselling, online peer support and systems for learning and collaborating around creative tasks.

As CPO at SilverCloud, Karen leads the product team in developing & delivering effective online mental health interventions. She has extensive experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and designing for end-users in relation to psychosocial support.

Derek is the director of clinical research and innovation at SilverCloud. Derek leads the initiatives and research that impact the development of SilverCloud solutions. He is very interested in the development, implementation and research of technology delivered interventions for mental health problems. In particular, interventions for high prevalence disorders such as depression and anxiety. Derek holds a PhD in psychology and specializes in online delivered interventions for mental health. He has presented and published nationally and internationally in this area.
