Carlos D. Urmacher

A co-founder of CBLPath via the CBL acquisition, Carlos Urmacher is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology. He is a member of the U.S. and Canadian Academy of Pathology, a member of the College of American Pathologists, and a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Dr. Urmacher has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the New York Pathological Society, as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the World Health Organization and as a member of the editorial boards of The American Journal of Surgical Pathology and The American Journal of Dermatopathology. Dr. Urmacher was recently giving the honor of distinguished visitor professor in Pathology by Johns Hopkins.
