Job Description Chuck Spaeth Ford is looking to hire a Full-Time Quick Lane Technician that specializes in maintenance and light repair work. The applicant would focus on quick, high volume jobs (oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments and front end suspension, filters, batteries, etc.). The applicant would have the ability to work as a team and independently and efficiently. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 8 hour shift with hours that could vary from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (applicant would receive a day off during the week, usually one Saturday per month) On the job training is provided. Pay is starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. The technician must perform any and all repairs and services within his or her area of expertise, as well as any and all service, maintenance and support work related to the operation.
