MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Activity Security Representative I to join our team in the El Segundo, CA area.
The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
Perform destruction of classified materials and process magnetic media for accountability
Reproduction support for classified materials
Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control and the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges. Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs. Conduct entry and exit inspections.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
2+ years of related experience.
1+ years of experience with SCI programs.
Familiarity with the SIMS database
Must Complete JPAS training within six months of starting on contract if performing SCI personnel security functions.
Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate and other guiding policy documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with SAP programs.
Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) training.

+ Provide Technical Security Expertise for NGA Facilities: Offer comprehensive technical advice, and guidance. This involves preparing specialized technical risk assessments, TSCM reports of inquiry, tailored briefings, and assisting with technical security plans and policy execution.
+ Analyze and Mitigate Security Deficiencies **:** Conduct in-depth analysis of complex physical and technical security issues, ensuring NGA's compliance with ICD 705 (SCIF physical security standards) and DoD standards for collateral areas. Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop cost-effective corrective actions.
+ Perform Signal Intelligence and Threat Assessment: Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches, assess and locate identified signals during surveys and IPMS operations, and evaluate electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities.
+ Generate Comprehensive Reports and Communications: Prepare all required correspondence, documents, briefing materials, spreadsheets, and threat reports in accordance with NGA guidelines. This includes specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, and after-action reports for all external engagements and exercise participation.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must have an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
+ Shall complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year. The NGA customer will sponsor Government-offered, discipline-specific development or refresher training IAW National and DoD standards
+ Shall meet minimum training requirements, within one calendar year of assignment, for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years experience writing and editing of technical documents
+ Telephone security experience (i.e., with Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements)
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

* Conduct and Ensure Compliance of Technical Security Operations: Lead and execute Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation activities. Ensure all operations, reporting, and training comply with national and agency-level policies, NGA's TSCM program, and TSSC modernization goals.
* Provide Technical Security Expertise for NGA Facilities: Offer comprehensive technical advice, and guidance. This involves preparing specialized technical risk assessments, TSCM reports of inquiry, tailored briefings, and assisting with technical security plans and policy execution.
* Analyze and Mitigate Security Deficiencies: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex physical and technical security issues, ensuring NGA's compliance with ICD 705 (SCIF physical security standards) and DoD standards for collateral areas. Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop cost-effective corrective actions.
* Perform Signal Intelligence and Threat Assessment: Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches, assess and locate identified signals during surveys and IPMS operations, and evaluate electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities.
* Generate Comprehensive Reports and Communications: Prepare all required correspondence, documents, briefing materials, spreadsheets, and threat reports in accordance with NGA guidelines. This includes specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, and after-action reports for all external engagements and exercise participation.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must have an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
* Shall complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year. The NGA customer will sponsor Government-offered, discipline-specific development or refresher training IAW National and DoD standards
* Shall meet minimum training requirements, within one calendar year of assignment, for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
* 6+ years experience writing and editing of technical documents
* Telephone security experience (i.e., with Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC
Monitors activities of guests and employees via closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and personal observation, for criminal activities and/or violations of regulations, policies and procedures, or internal controls.
Captures, tracks, and documents video evidence for risk management, compliance, and criminal activity. Video records questionable activities and makes written reports to appropriate personnel.
Monitors alarm system.
Reviews video to settle patron disputes, locate illegal activity, participate in investigations, or assist other departments.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all property related issues.
Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions.
Participates in court actions relating to gaming violations.
Responds to surveillance supervision, management, and regulatory requests. Responds to requests of all other departments when applicable and necessary.
Prepares and writes daily reports and logs.
Audits procedures performed by other employees including count rooms, slots, food and beverage, cage, and security. Documents findings from these observations.
Ensures all surveillance equipment is working correctly throughout their shift.
Conducts routine surveillance video recording and complete documentation to detect suspicious activities and behavior throughout casino and gaming areas.
Monitors property and casino operations to ensure adherence to the state regulations and company policies and procedures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years or older.
High school diploma/ GED or equivalent experience required.
One (1) year of experience in casino gaming preferred.
