Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and disciplining employees.

This job is responsible for providing analytical support to HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects.
