Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
Anticipate tenant needs, respond to inquiries, and maintain relationships.
Manage work orders and CRM updates.
Community Building
Foster tenant engagement and celebrate milestones.
Plan and provide input on property events.
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office functions, mail, supplies, and meetings.

Qualifications
