Bjarne Bergheim is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonendo, Inc., recently named the 19th fastest growing private company in America according to Inc. Magazine. Bjarne has a passion for driving and leading innovative and transformative fast-growth companies. Prior to Sonendo, Bjarne was a member of the Fjord Ventures, LLC team, helping to grow portfolio companies. Bjarne graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 1997 and earned a Master of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology in 1998.

Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience in medical device and technology companies. Prior to joining Sonendo, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer of Accuray, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of innovative cancer treatment technologies, where he was responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D. Prior to Accuray, Andrew held a wide range of roles in Manufacturing, Service, Product Management and M&A at several fast-paced technology companies. Andrew began his career as a nuclear engineer and submarine officer in the US Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Michael brings over 20 years of experience within the medical device and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Sonendo, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer of The HydraFacial Company, a leading manufacturer and marketer of non-invasive equipment and consumables used in aesthetic skin health treatments. Michael has held senior financial leadership positions within Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Holdings and Danaher Corporation. Early in his career, he spent five years as an auditor in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (Massachusetts). Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and Master of Science from Bentley College.

Roy brings over 25 years of experience within the medical device and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Sonendo, Roy spent 10 years working for the Danaher Corporation in two roles; most recently, Roy was the North American Human Resources Leader for Nobel Biocare, a leading dental implant manufacturer. Also, Roy led Human Resources for Sybron Dental Specialties, with responsibility for over 4,600 associates and an HR organization of over 40 professionals. Before, Roy had 16 years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of Operations and Human Capital roles with increasing levels of responsibility, with his last role being the Vice President of Talent Management for R&D. Roy holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and a MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
