Michael T. Prior is President and Chief Executive Officer and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Prior joined the company in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and became the company's Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Previous to joining the company, Mr. Prior was a partner with Q Advisors LLC, a Denver based investment banking and financial advisory firm focused on the technology and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Prior began his career as a corporate attorney with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London and New York. He received a B.A. degree from Vassar College and a J.D. degree summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Prior currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Competitive Carriers Association. Michael is also an active member of the Board of Trustees of Essex County Community Foundation an area non-profit organization which serves to promote philanthropy and support charitable activities in the community.

He is a well-known industry veteran who can translate a complex technology landscape and provide successful business outcomes to clients. Brian has a bold vision for establishing Access One as the best Chicago based MSP. Brian began his technology career in 1990, and worked as a sales representative for Allnet Communications and Metromedia Communications Corporation. In 2006, he joined the Board of Directors for Chicagoland and Northern Illinois Better Business Bureau. Brian was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2009. Also, in 2015, he joined the Board Of Directors for DePaul College Prep in Chicago. Access One is an eight-time winner of the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service and a winner of the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, while maintaining a Net Promoter Score in the top five percent of the industry. Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Iowa State University.
