Prior to NFF, Miles managed operations the People's Emergency Center, where he sustained external relationships for the Philadelphia nonprofit. He has also worked as a principal and regional vice president at Community Education Partners, an education organization that provides academic and behavioral programs for students to improve academic achievement and reduce dropout rates. Miles is a graduate of Lincoln University and holds a Master in Education Leadership from Arcadia University.
