Reviews and approves large impactful engineering processes and standards to ensure efficiency and quality, utilizing a variety of strategies and ensures appropriate resources are dedicated to the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies. + Documents goals, communicates direction, and delegates initiatives that design, development, and implementation of engineering projects in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Prepares testimony and may be a witness in GRC proceedings on behalf of SCE. + Leads the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the engineering department, aligning with the overall business strategy and objectives and key maintenance and engineering objectives.
