In 2004, the state of Louisiana replaced the PCA Waiver program with Long-term Personal Care Services (LT-PCS) and the Elderly and Disabled Adult (EDA) programs. @SLIC’s services evolved with the changes made, allowing us to offer all available Louisiana services.
