Requirements
Monitor office supplies, food and beverage inventory and place orders and restock as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Support all meeting needs and planning. Include conference room setup, order and set up of food and beverage, clearing and resetting spaces
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Maintain and keep the full office picked up and well organized, including storage spaces
Maintain receipts, job numbers, and attendees for all purchases and document the information in the expense tracking system
Proactive in assessing office needs and provide solutions for addressing those needs
Coordinate and plan company parties and events
Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of related tasks
Serve as the main point of contact for various vendors. Will include negotiating rates and services.
Work with building maintenance to ensure any facilities or maintenance issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner.
Communicate with subtenants when needed
Responsible for the overall environment provided to employees
Office plant care and maintenance
Provide administrative support and project planning for special projects
Qualifications:
Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills

This role is primarily based in our North Loop, Minneapolis office. While there is occasional opportunity to work from home, you must be on-site to manage the daily operations of the space. Schedule flexibility is required to meet agency needs. Parking is provided.
Core business hours Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Schedule flexibility available between those hours.

Position Summary
The Snapdragon Stadium Box Office is looking to add to our ticket office event day staff. We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to work the ticket sales windows at the Box Office on event days. As a Box Office Ticket Seller, you will assist all patrons on event day with purchasing tickets at walk up and troubleshooting potential ticket issues they may have.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00

About the Venue
Opened in September 2022, Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue that serves as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave (NWSL soccer), San Diego FC (MLS soccer), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, NCAA and world championships, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events and private special events.
Responsibilities
* Use a computerized ticketing system for walk up ticket sales on event day.
* Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures.
* Provide a high level of customer service and tactfully resolve ticketing issues with the general public.
* Assist general public with accessing, transferring and accepting tickets via mobile ticketing prior to entering Snapdragon Stadium.
* Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Effectively lead, direct, empower, and work alongside part-time staff with the goal of creating exceptional experiences at Acrisure Arena.
Actively monitor team member interactions with guests, and fellow colleagues, to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Serve as the lead in the escalation of guest questions or complaints, ADA services, and information to guests with disabilities in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university is preferred.
1-2 years of guest services experience in a stadium, arena, convention center or other public assembly setting.
Previous experience in a guest service-based industry.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of operational characteristics of events, including crowd management and control techniques, fire and public safety regulations, etc.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to function and make leadership decisions in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
Weekly schedules will fluctuate depending on event volume; employee will not be scheduled for more than 30 hours per week.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays.
Must be available to work 90% of events throughout the year.
Frequent bending, lifting 20+ pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, exposure to loud events, and extensive walking through the building.
