SAFY is seeking a full time CaseManager for our Cincinnati division in Ohio. The Cincinnati division serves families in Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont counties. As a CaseManager, you will be responsible for the casemanagement functions of a caseload of foster youth and homes. Works closely with youth, family, foster parents and community partners by equipping the youth and foster parents with the support and resources needed.

What You'll Do
* Travel daily to provide in-home, community-based services to families and youth in caseload.
* Complete referral reviews and intake assignments. Communicate service availability to all assigned clients.
* Provide instruction, intervention, and assistance as deemed necessary through the exercise of independent judgment and knowledge or as part of the treatment team to preserve the family unit.
* Coordinate with county agency as appropriate and attend family sessions to promote successful clinical interventions with foster youth.
* Build and maintain relationships with families and external casemanagers.
* Coordinate and monitor service provisions for youth and family in the community and with school officials, courts and other appropriate parties involved with the client. This may include but is not limited to mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational and social services.
* Develop and ensure completion of appropriate assessments including but not limited to Individualized Treatment Plans, Psychosocial Diagnostic Assessments (PSDs), and Mental Health Services Plans according to established time frames involving all appropriate parties as required by policy and regulations of the state and/or contract.
* Timely document outcome of home visits, support sessions, safety assessments, interaction with parties involved in the youth's care and incident reports as required by policy, regulations, and contract requirements.
* Ensure foster parents, youth and casemanager needs are met during periods of staff transition.
* May require rotating on-call schedule.
* Participate in performance quality improvement process and execute any assigned tasks.
* Successful completion of all required training pertaining to job.
* Establish and maintain a positive working relationship, sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences with all levels of SAFY staff, clients, families and vendors.
* Ability to work nontraditional hours daily/weekly to fulfill position duties; may include nights and/or weekends.
* Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child and family studies, or other approved related field of human services
* LSW, LPC or license eligible preferred
* Two years of relevant experience with above listed degrees, experience in child welfare preferred, OR relevant experience in working with children in general.
* Valid driver license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements; may require transporting youth if needed.

Distributes and reviews all guidelines, rules, and regulations of Allen County Community Corrections (ACCC) Home Detention Program with participants, ensuring paperwork is complete and signed.
Obtains contact information of household member(s) the defendant wishes to reside with, makes contact and schedules a time to review the guidelines, rules, and regulations of the Home Detention Program prior to the defendant's sentencing and/or release from incarceration and meets with defendant's household member(s) to sign the residential consent forms.
Contacts defendant, household member(s) and family after a screening investigation is completed to advise of any issues and/or concerns needing resolved prior to acceptance into the Home Detention Program.
Assists with the defendants' background investigation, as required.
Contacts defendants' employer to verify current employment, determining whether the employment adheres to stated rules and ensures compliance with program rules and regulations.
Files ACCC document with Allen County Misdemeanor and Traffic Court daily.
Escorts defendants from the Allen County Jail to ACCC.

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for executing substantive money laundering, economic sanctions and fraud compliance and operational risk practices. Key responsibilities include working directly or through compliance officers for the Front Line Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs) to complete compliance, policy, operational/fraud risk management requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Aggregates, analyzes, and synthesizes transactional, account, and behavioral data into consumable intelligence for our global investigators to ensure that regulatory requirements and operational risks are addressed
+ Assesses automated and manual detection controls and evaluates quality
+ Translates data findings into recommendations to strengthen controls
+ Produces written analysis for auditors and other third-party consumption
+ Escalates financial crimes related compliance and operational risks and issues to appropriate governance routines, management/board level committees
+ Leads or supports the building of requirements with IT partners and leads agile delivery programs including managing budgets, timelines, and resources
+ Translates business needs into technology requirements
+ Influences cross functional teams and drives outcomes
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 7 years' experience
+ Strong understanding of how financial crime detection models operate-ability to interpret outputs, understand model limitations, and connect model behavior to business risk
+ Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear risk insights
+ Strong understanding of risk management principles, control frameworks, and how model governance fits within enterprise risk and compliance structures
+ Able to work independently and collaboratively across business, compliance, and operations teams to assess and mitigate risks
+ Strong interpersonal skills to interface broadly with internal and external constituents

SAFY is seeking a full-time CaseManager I for our High Fidelity Wraparound program in Louisville, Kentucky. As a CaseManager, you will be responsible for providing in-home support services for families whose children are at risk of removal. This position will be based in Louisville but will be mainly working in the field. The State service region is Salt River Trail with the primary counties being Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Franklin, Anderson, Woodford, and Trimble.
High Fidelity Wraparound (Wraparound) is an evidence-based approach rated as "Promising" on the Title IV-E Prevention Clearinghouse. Wraparound centers on individualized care planning and coordination to support children and families with complex needs. The core principles of Wraparound include family voice and choice, natural supports, team-based, collaboration, community-based services, individualized planning, strength-based approaches, persistence, outcome-based, and cultural competence. Essential to the success of Wraparound programming is ensuring staff are adequately trained, the program is sustainable, and there are adequate resources to support the needs of youth and families enrolled in the Wraparound program.
The proposed program aims to achieve the following outcomes for children and families:
* Prevention of Foster Care Involvement: By providing targeted support, Wraparound intends to decrease the need for out-of-home placements and maintain the stability of families.
* Improved Family Functioning: Wraparound will help families develop stronger communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms to navigate challenges more effectively.
* Enhanced Youth Well-being: At-risk youth will experience improved emotional well-being, academic performance, and overall life satisfaction through the program's holistic approach.
* Strengthened Support Systems: Families will establish a robust network of community resources, professionals, and social connections to provide ongoing support beyond the program.

What You'll Do
* Work independently and create your own schedule based on your caseload and availability of your assigned families.
* Provide in-home, direct services to families and children in your caseload. Generally, caseloads consist of 10-12 families that you'll see weekly.
* Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
* Participate in rotating on-call schedule with the other team members. Generally, we're on call 1 week every 2 months.
* Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with DCBS and other members of the youth's treatment team (biological parents, school, etc.)
* Collaborate with outside parties including family supports and relatives, schools, courts, hospitals, doctors, etc.
* Travel to families' homes in and around Louisville - mileage reimbursement is included. Overall hours being worked outside of the office is estimated to be around 60%, which includes traveling to and from visits and time spent at the home conducting a home visit.
* Set your schedule in collaboration with the team. Generally, we work standard hours of around 9 am - 6pm, however there are times when you may need to work until 8pm or later, based on the needs of families on your caseload.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or other approved related field of human services
* Two years of relevant experience in social work/adoption is preferred.
* Valid driver license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements; may require transporting youth if needed.
* Current certification in First Aid/ CPR, and de-escalation training.
* Microsoft Office products, agency databases and online systems, other computer software as required.
