Load and unload parts from conveyors; organize components into containers or stacks for efficient workflow.
Prepare, load, seal, and label cartons for shipment or storage following company procedures.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Effectively organize and teach assigned course work in classrooms and clinical settings in accordance with established or developed syllabi. Assignments may include various delivery formats, methods, work schedules and locations. This may include evening and/or weekend class/clinical assignments.
* Evaluate, report and record student performance and progress in accordance with College and program guidelines.
* Maintain current course syllabi and provide student guides for all courses taught.
* Set up, coordinate and instruct/test classroom labs.
* Promote and support communications within the Allied Health Program, College and community.
Frequent (34-66%)
* Communicate equipment malfunction, breakage or supply needs to the Programmer as soon as possible.
* Assist in the process of requesting and maintaining instructional equipment and supplies for classroom/laboratory use.
Occasional (10-33%)
* Attend scheduled orientations and meetings of the Allied Health Department.
* Complete required on-line staff development courses.

Frequent (34-66%) stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, carrying and perceiving attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature, texture by touching with skin, particularly in fingertips. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally (10-33%). Required to travel between facilities utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver's license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The RN cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. The RN provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. The RN functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
